The staff here was extremely polite and helpful. The meat was absolutely delicious. This is definitely the best place for tasty and fresh food.

Today a meat pkg cough and 2 of the steaks that I got and they were incredible! had a nativity and strip! honestly the best meat I bought everywhere! will definitely return!

I was extremely disappointed to find out that there was a one-year expiry date on a $75.00 gift certificate I purchased for a family member at this restaurant. It was bought as a thoughtful gift and it's disappointing that they will now be out $75.00. The restaurant could have shown more understanding, especially given the current circumstances. This experience has left me feeling like an unhappy customer.

I was disappointed that the restaurant refused to accept my recently expired gift certificate, resulting in a loss of $75. I understand that it had expired, but as we were visiting from out of town and in the midst of a pandemic, I had hoped they would be more accommodating. Unfortunately, they did not even come speak to me directly and instead relayed the message through the cashier. If you are craving meat in Joplin, I would suggest dining elsewhere.
