What Vitor Rios doesn't like about Bluestem:
The restaurant didn't seat us until more than 30 minutes past our reservation time. They would have charged us $65 dollars per person (x4) if we cancelled but didn't even offer a free glass of wine for not meeting their end of the deal. Kind of leaves a bad taste in your mouth. View all feedback.

One of the best restaurants in the city. NOT inexpensive, but worth every dollar!
We travel to a lot of different city’s and we love and know good food. Bluestem is our favorite place anywhere we go. The food and service is 5 star. Taylor and his whole staff are top notch. Ritchey Terry Paris Tx
Great atmosphere for celebrating a special occasion or a nice evening with friends. Glad i was able to celebrate my buds birthday at this location and everything was great. Service was excellent and the servers where knowledgeable and patient with us newbies. Definitely stopping by again in the near future to check out the bar side.
Excellent everything was outstanding. Expensive but well worth the money.
