What Vitor Rios doesn't like about Bluestem:
The restaurant didn't seat us until more than 30 minutes past our reservation time. They would have charged us $65 dollars per person (x4) if we cancelled but didn't even offer a free glass of wine for not meeting their end of the deal. Kind of leaves a bad taste in your mouth. View all feedback.

Great atmosphere to celebrate a special occasion or a beautiful evening with friends. glad I could celebrate my buds birthday at this place and everything was great. service was excellent and the server where knowledgeable and patient with us newbies. determined in the near future again by to check the bar page.
My husband and I ate there for the first time last weekend. We were so impressed with the level of service and how delicious all the food was. It was seasonal, fresh, and the menu took us on a culinary journey. We had a great experience watching the kitchen create the dishes. We will absolutely be eating there again.
