Each year we plan the day around a trip to Kensington to do the Haunted House but the best part of that day is lunch at the Frosty Treat! We used to rely on Frosty Treat for their delicious fried clams, but our recent experience was disappointing. The clams were small and overwhelmed by too much batter, resulting in an unpleasant texture. When we brought this to the attention of the staff, they simply laughed and did not offer a solution. I am disappointed to see so many negative reviews of this restaurant. I have visited many times for ice cream and food and have never been disappointed. While the food may take a bit longer to prepare, it is worth the wait. The staff have always been friendly and kind to me and my children. Keep up the great work.
I recently tried the Cold Plate from Frosty Treat and wow!!! It was an amazing dish with a wide variety of flavors, hidden surprises under every layer, and all made with delicious, homemade, healthy ingredients. I could easily get three meals out of one order! Fantastic job, Frosty Treat!!
Was very disappointed when I heard that Frosty Treat bought the only good dairy bar in Kensington. Every time I've been here through out the years I ether feel sick to my stomach. Prices are way to high for the quality and the quantity of food you get. Also to high of prices for the service you get.
