Some of the bathrooms are a bit dated but hotel is otherwise very good. Rooms are spacious, generally well maintained/clean and customer service is good. Restuarant in the lobby probably wont be taking home any hats but the service was friendly and the food was good. Little bit of a walk into the city but the local area has plenty of restaurants etc. Rooms: 4 View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Terrace Restaurant at the Royal Coach:
This place displays it age. Only one waitress who doubled at the bar, she was friendly but very busy. The food was limited on the menu and expensive, but was well presented when served. View all feedback.
3/4 accommodation but at a very good price. Close to the CBD.
Friendly helpful staff, clean and very comfortable bed and pillows
Friendly staff, clean rooms apart from the air vent in the bathroom. Comfy bed, ironing board. Could do with some decent coffee though and some herbal tea options.
Lovely staff, lovely room, clean and comfy. Bath towells very fluffy, thick and luxurious, and love the refillable soap, shampoo and conditioner bottles in the shower. Much better than seperate little tubes of everything. Great place all round. Recommended.
