Look, I 've eaten here a number of times, and generally have been satisfied with the service and food. However, my last experience was not up to par. I ordered the turkey sandwich at my servers recommendation. Eating it was problematic. The fresh bread fell apart, and the turkey, rather than being slices, was ground up bits which fell all over the place. Further more, it was rather tasteless, even with one piece of bacon and one slice of tomato. If the bread had been buttered properly I didn 't taste any, and if mayo, or better yet, cranberry sauce was used, perhaps the sandwich would have been enjoyable. It was obvious the short order cook threw this sandwich together very quickly. Normally, if I have an issue, I will speak to it at the restaurant. However, I was not asked if everything was 'OK ', and never had the chance to comment, as my server left, and was replaced by someone else., who appeared to be quite busy. Overall, I like this place, and know they can do better.

The service was great and the food outstanding. The sweet potato panini is highly recommended complemented with either the creamy tasting mocha chai or the rich tasting dark roast coffee.

I have never been so disappointed in customer service. I am a paying customer, who bought breakfast and two coffees here and started working on my laptop. About an hour later, one of the women working here asked me to “go somewhere else” as they were running out of tables. Completely shocked, I stood to leave and saw three open tables near me. Perhaps it was because I had a laptop and looked like a student that she felt she could treat me poorly. Perhaps she was just in a bad mood. In any case, I will not be returning. I went to TAN coffee down the road and had a delicious lunch and latte shortly after would highly recommend if you prefer good coffee and being treated like a human!
