We wanted to look at julia komp, the chef chef in the schloss loersfeld. I'm looking for a location for a company event, so we scouted last night. the restaurant has two small rooms, probably 25-30 guests in each room. the night was. very well said, the staff very present, friendly and open to answer our questions. we chose a 5 course menu that we built from the menu that had some 9-10 courses to choose from. julia added in 3 extra greetings from the kitchen. each curs was very well prepared, included a series of Asian elements, some that I did not seem before. the sources were so good, I wish I could have licked them. each dish was well prepared, the variations pleasing. Although we both found the food, the service, my weeping excellent, I fought with the table, too many legs and quite low and the room was something that was dark, not my taste at all. Price-quality ratio, yes for a star medulla chef I felt that this is market value and worth every cent.
Really a great gourmet restaurant with a beautiful view of the park that lies behind the castle. the service was excellent, especially the restaurant manager, who is also the sommelier. we had 3 courses icl 2 side courses that were well thought. combined and served. the house apritiv... was also delicious. the menu is displayed with description on my photos. frau julia komp, the youngest michelin stared female chef, brought us the refined selection of pralines. a beautiful way to welcome their guests! this restaurant offers regular events. the order costs about 110-150 € without pairing of wein.
We finally had the opportunity to visit loersfeld on the day before they closed for their annual Christmas holiday to have dinner as a couple. the facility: the restaurant has two large rooms in the main building of the castle from the 16th century. The...Kloster itself is located in a beautiful park and it is hard to believe that you are only 5 minutes away from a large autobahn crossing. the ambiente and the decoration are traditional and somewhat formal. most guests were dressed in suit and tie or evening dresses. the personal and the owner are very friendly and unpretentious, who, together with some less formally dressed guests, helped to keep the atmosphere before drinking. when they order a reusable dinner, they plan several hours for their dinner. the tempo of the restaurant is clearly geared towards cozy eating. we both had a multi-course tasting menu with a wine pairing. eating is based on high-quality traditional ingredients and modern interpretations of classical techniques. the kitchen team is obviously extremely competent and the execution of all dishes was fine French cuisine in perfection. the creativity of the kitchen is not expressed in terms of molecular cuisine or exotic ingredients, but rather in subtler twist. one of the highlights for me was a terrine of the foie gras with nougat. I don't know if this was meant as a piece on words with nougat de foie gras (i.e. terrine de fois gras with dried fruit pieces), but regardless of this was this combination of foie gras and hazelnut cream in a terrine fantastic. another highlight was the filet of the brain. the meat was supposed and then brought to a perfect internal temperature and seasoned with only a very low season. the creative application was that the aromen traditionally were connected to the game not over the sose but came in the form of small cranberry mingues, croquant splinter with vigilderberries, and small dabs from a root plant reine. the preparation looked nice and every last little morsel on the plate contributed to a perfectly balanced sensory experience. worth: of course, this level of food and service has its price, but due to the very high quality of food and due to the fairytale setting, the price is absolutely justified and in comparison to many hyped large city restaurants represents excellent value.
Must reserve here and bring time. everything is very lovingly prepared - antiques
I'm gonna stay in mind for a long time. actually, as written by others, a taste explosion chased the other. top service and great ambiente. also the park around should not remain unnoticed. from A-Z an experience at the highest level!
