Cellar One, - Killarney

The restaurant offers a vegan menu with a variety of choices, although some may find them lacking in creativity (such as the fruit salad as the only dessert option). I decided to try the mushroom risotto and it was incredibly delicious!

I ordered the fried falafel cheeks, which were very dense. The portion size was small, so I ordered an extra serving of sweet. Although I was not impressed with the food I received, my dining companions enjoyed their meat dishes. I may not choose to return to this restaurant in the future.

Keller One is the restaurant located at the Ross Hotel in Killarney. The interior decoration is modern and stylish. The staff members were friendly and attentive, and the food was served promptly. They offer a separate vegan menu with delicious options such as a flavorful curry and a creamy mushroom risotto. The only downside was that the dishes were a bit messy to eat, but the bold spices and rich flavors made it worth it.

The service at this restaurant is exceptional, with staff who are attentive and friendly. The atmosphere is also delightful.

We were disappointed to discover that the restaurant is only open on weekends, so we opted to eat at The Lane instead, which is also situated within the Ross Hotel. The overall experience was actually quite enjoyable.
