The Melting Pot King Of Prussia

It was my wife’s birthday and it was our first time their ! And let me just tell you …. It was AMAZING !!!!! From the beginning all the way up until the end of our night ! Food was AMAZING !! Staff is GREAT ! Such a great birthday experience

Our server, Savannah, was excellent. She was attentive without hovering and was very knowledgeable about the menu including allergens that could be present. She was pleasant and engaging as well. The food was beyond our expectations. The cheese fondue (spinach artichoke) was out of this world and the selection of “dippers” left us wanting for nothing. Our main course was scrumptious including the superior quality of the meat and fish, the perfect amount of seasoning in both the broth and on the proteins. If dessert can be summed up in one word it could only be extraordinary. And I mean that in the very definition of the word they took ordinary sweets including chocolate chip cookie bites, Rice Krispie treats, pound cake, bananas, strawberries and marshmallows and elevated them to the “extra” level of perfection. The chocolate/marshmallow/Oreo fondue was bowl-lickingly decadent. One note of advice: order LESS than what you think you’ll eat. It was a LOT of food!!!!! The entire experience was nothing short of fabulous. Highly, highly recommend

Service was efficient. The server agreed to divide the bill, and I explained how we’d like it twice, but the bill was instead split evenly. Another great meal at the Melting Pot! Our server Mike was outstanding. We were celebrating my birthday and everything was great, except an intermittent, very loud mechanical sound. I'm not sure what it was but it was very loud and took away from an otherwise outstanding experience
