Costa Coffee

Used to go for coffee bacon roll most days before work, but stopped going as never had any bacon rolls when I went in. Thought I would treat myself today after 1 year of not going, but again no bacon rolls!!! Coffee was like water also won't be going again.

We popped in for cappuccino on a very busy first Sunday of 2022. The service was prompt, the drink was excellent and the whole experience will make me return again on our next visit.

I'm sorry, but customer service, attention to detail, friendliness and a welcoming team is far from apparent at this store. Apparently so is a lack of basic common sense and sensibility!! I'm massively concerned and shocked that a barista tried to pour warm water from the hand tap (after running maybe 10 seconds) into my baby formula bottle, instead of clean boiling water from the kettle!! When I told her that could kill someone from legionaries the blank look and absolutely no reply was the icing on the cake! Second poor service of the day, after already visiting mid sea life visit for lunch, to have another clueless individual serving us, having spilled half the toasted sandwich contents when she walked about 8 feet to the plate twice instead of bringing the plate to the oven. Honestly, not sure how these people get jobs and more worrying, do management not see this but accept it? I will certainly not be back, worst ever visit to Costa which I usually love.

I used to like this place mainly because it opened early. Good for a coffee and bacon roll before work. However recently bacon rolls come out Luke warm, not hot. Disappointing. Staff usually great but on occasions new staff lazy and unresponsive to the better high class staff.

Been here many times in the past. Visited Tuesday 4th Aug 2020. Wasnt busy ordered 2 cold dinks. Chap started preparing and put in the mixer and went out the back. he came back, the 3 people then started talking about what they were doing that night. 5 mins later imade a cough and the other chap said could he help. i said i am waiting for my drink which is sat in the blender machine. he quickly poured them, didnt offer a sorry
