Costa Coffee At Odeon, Rotunda

Located inside the entrance of the Odeon cinema, this place is perfect for grabbing a coffee before or after a movie or catching up with friends. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the place is well-maintained. I was informed by the staff that on some nights they may remain open later. However, there is no dedicated cafe restroom, so you will need to use the cinema’s disabled restroom nearby.

Terrible experience. I initially thought it was lucky that the restaurant was empty when I arrived, but unfortunately the Costa staff spent 5 minutes chatting with cinema staff before starting to serve me. It then took an additional 10 minutes for them to (poorly) make a small coffee. I would only recommend this place to Stalin and people who are cruel to animals.

I love a Costa, it is my favorite of all the high street coffees and to have a Costa in the cinema so you can grab a cappuccino prior to the film is fab. Haven't used it for food as we tend to eat before or after the film at one of the restaurants in Kingston but definitely an advantage for hot drinks. The staff are always friendly and as quick as they can be given they are making the drinks fresh for each person.

The staff is friendly and provides good service, even when the restaurant is busy with many customers. I would definitely visit this Costa again.
