The manager tried to change me too short when I gave him a takeaway I gave him two 20 pounds and he gave me change from £30 when I pointed out that I needed another £10 his reaction, it made it very clear that he had deliberately tried it. eating was also bland and from a bad standard. it was my first and last visit in this place. they stay well clear of this place.

Prithi is back in business and thank God. After having to shut down because of a fire they are back open. Whilst closed we tried three different local curry houses and none of them were a patch on Prithi. What ever curry we order we always have the Chicken tikka'd as you will not get better bbq chicken. The tandoor chef is a master the spicing is spot on and the cooking is superb, the chicken is always moist. Believe me after trying three other curry houses and each one over cooked the chicken you come to appreciate how good Prithi is. The Prithi Tikka Massala, Chicken Tikka Pathia were all excellent and each sauce tasting different, the onion bhaji crisp and perfect, the Brinjal bhaji was cooked spot on. We have eaten and had takeaways from Prithi for decades and so glad they deliver to us in Chessington, being closed has just reminded us how special Prithi is
Very tasty, reasonably priced. We get take away from prithi fairly regularly (10% off if take away)
The food is excellent. Unfortunately they would not accept a booking from me as a solo diner
