Penang curry, fish cakes and spring rolls. Maybe not adventurous on my part but; delightful to eat. Near the steps to walk the Harbour Bridge - which inspired me to do so later. Service with a smile. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Thai Fusion:
the masseamum lamb curry was pretty good, my friends roast pork curry, he said it didn't have much fun in him. poh piah is definitiw not what I have somehow, I only have something that was a rice paper roll from a Vietnamese place, poh piah from Malaysia/Singapore is more like a slightly boiled earlylings roll. very disappointed! also it is expensive. have not seen the prices so high! Just moved to Katoomba and a local person recommended trying Thai Fusion. Lovely lady serving, helpful, great attitude and knowledge of menu. Chef was very obliging and welcoming of new local customer. Food was delicious, fresh, tasty generous. I highly recommend Thai Fusion if visiting Katoomba
The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable, the pad see ew pad kee mao were the best we have both had in a very long time! We ordered the vegan options and were delighted to see that 95% their menu can be made vegan.
All of the dishes were carefully crafted and packed with incredible flavors. I appreciated their commitment to using only fresh ingredients and produce. I highly recommend this restaurant!
It's a small restaurant, with amazing real Thai food. So worth it!
The staff was excellent and very helpful. The food was fantastic and I would definitely return.
