The Doctor's House - Kleinburg

I made brunch reservations for a party of 4 at 11 am on Saturday, August 11, 2018. We arrived 15 minutes early, only to be told that there was a mistake on their part and that brunch was not available on Saturdays. The kitchen did not open until 12 noon. They did not call to inform us of their error. We were given the option to stay and have water/coffee or leave. We decided to stay and have lunch instead. When the bill arrived, we were overcharged for a cappuccino that we did not order, but it was corrected. The food was good, but not worth the total bill of $185.00. I will not be returning again.

The food at this restaurant was fantastic and our waiter provided excellent service- friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. I would advise against dining here after 8:30pm on a Saturday, as the noise from the dance floor above can be disruptive. Additionally, the restaurant plays different music in the dining room, adding to the discomfort. While they did inform us about the noise after we had made our reservation, we wish we had known beforehand so we could have chosen a different time to dine. We also had a problem with coat check, and the Assistant Manager was initially dismissive but eventually took responsibility for the issue, though it took several phone calls and 5 days to resolve.

My partner and I went to this restaurant for an early Valentine's dinner. I had heard about it before, so when a Groupon deal became available, it was the perfect chance to give it a try. It was fantastic! The atmosphere was romantic, the staff were very friendly, and the best part was that we didn't feel rushed at all. I have already recommended it to everyone I have talked to.

We were offered to stay with water/coffee or go. We were and had lunch. When the bill arrived, they accused us of a cappuccino we did not order. It was corrected. Eat well, but not the bill of $185.00 Never again.
