great eating and they pressed us twice, even though we were a massive group. we went in and booked something before the time to one of these occasions, but I felt they really went out of the way for us and. this place had by far the warmest greeting from elsewhere we went to la clusaz. tartiflette was wonderful, hubby had court of the day boeuf bourgignone it was fantastic. also the burgers of the savoyard were great... What Alfred Bodin doesn't like about La Brasserie Centrale:
here with the family stopped, but I wish I hadn't! the value for money was bad and the portions were very small. what has upset me most was the service after we bought coffee for which we asked for some conductive water, but... given glasses and a small bottle. we also wanted to see if a waitress could make a quick photo of our group. never happened and we were ignored blatantly! they were not busy at all, so there w... Great eating and they pressed us twice, even though we were a massive group. we went in and booked something before the time to one of these occasions, but I felt they really went out of the way for us and. this place had by far the warmest greeting from elsewhere we went to la clusaz. tartiflette was wonderful, hubby had court of the day boeuf bourgignone it was fantastic. also the burgers of the savoyard were great: dripping with local cheese, they were a taste experience. ok, it is a bit cramped and there is a bit of a snake for the loo, but we would highly recommend. puddings also looks great, although we were too busy.
The most central place in la clusaz directly over the church. the service was inaccessible and rude. wein was drinkable. just avoid it.

I suppose they don't care, because they only get to a tourist.
