I was in Prandium last night and although we had a late reservation (9pm), we did it. Everything was amazing and perfectly cooked. We had the pork for an app, and our entrees were the rice and chorizo cut. Everything was so... perfect that I actually slowed my chewing because I didn't want the meal to end.
