We were taken to this restaurant for the views, unfortunately it was a little misty, however the restaurant was very good, lots of local visitors, the menu had a wide variety of food, the fish dishes were superb, as they should be, La Rochelle is well known for it's fish....the service was very good, even an English waitress, who was very attentive...a good all-round experience ...I would recommend this restaurant to... Terrible. I have never ever had food so distastfull and dry than the lasagna I ordered at this restaurant. Ny friends ordered a steak to be cooked rare, it was overcooked. We complained but they did not seem to care. I would never step foot in this establishment again, I do not know how a restaurant of this standard could have a 4 star rating on trip advisor.
