Le Belvedere - La Rochelle

Terrible. I have never ever had food so distastfull and dry than the lasagna I ordered at this restaurant. Ny friends ordered a steak to be cooked rare, it was overcooked. We complained but they did not seem to care. I would never step foot in this establishment again, I do not know how a restaurant of this standard could have a 4 star rating on trip advisor. I do not recommend to anyone to ever step foot in this dump.

Great views. Restaurant open limited hours 12 till 2, the evening we managed to squeeze in at 1.40pm. Expensive but worth it for the view. 1766.

We were taken to this restaurant for the views, unfortunately it was a little misty, however the restaurant was very good, lots of local visitors, the menu had a wide variety of food, the fish dishes were superb, as they should be, La Rochelle is well known for it's fish....the service was very good, even an English waitress, who was very attentive...a good all-round experience ...I would recommend this restaurant to friends
