If you're in La Rochelle, be sure to make a reservation for Les 4 Sergents... the interior was crafted in Eiffle's workshop and creates an amazing ambience for any meal. The staff is attentive and polite, taking orders on wrist-bound tablets. During our 10 days in this area, this was the best meal that I had eaten. The veal is simply, hands-down, incredible to the last drop of jus. View all feedback.

What Capucine Jourdan doesn't like about Les Quatre Sergents:
Beautiful room, reception at the temperature of the Eiffel steel, service too long, quite few choices in the menus, the map would suffice.Cuisine good but no longer given the reputation of this establishment. On the other hand map of very interesting wines. View all feedback.
