If you're in La Rochelle, be sure to make a reservation for Les 4 Sergents... the interior was crafted in Eiffle's workshop and creates an amazing ambience for any meal. The staff is attentive and polite, taking orders on wrist-bound tablets. During our 10 days in this area, this was the best meal that I had eaten. The veal is simply, hands-down, incredible to the last drop of jus. View all feedback.
