This was a return visit - we went out of our way to come here this time and were not disappointed. The beers here are excellent and you can buy them in 10cl glasses if you wish. Very pleasant dining area with the brewing vessels lined up visible behind the bar. A good range of food on offer from simple large pretzels (perfect for nibbling with a beer) to large salads and a good variety of Swiss and international dishes. You can also buy beers to take away and lovely decorated beer glasses in various sizes as souvenirs.

We came as part of a group to this interesting brewery in the heart of Flims Waldhaus. Service was friendly and all Schnitzel's as well as the various and freshly brewed beers tasted great. If you go upstairs you can see the brewing tanks from a different perspective.

I made a bad choice: a salad with sausages and swiss cheese. It was horrible!! However the waiter was extremely kind and offered to bring me just a salad (lettuce, carrots, cucumber and few other veggies) free of charge. The first dish was a disaster...More

This place is nice, but the food wasn't particularly good, and the staff could be friendlier. They have good local beers, but all in all just an average place.

2 Evenings in this restaurant during our week's vacation. The food in here was fantastic i had the cordon bleu and salad. Others has the steak and schintzel and we all really enjoyed the food. Excellent. The children's meals in here are superb - fresh and tasty. We all enjoyed the buzz in this place. This is a must if staying in Flims.
