Wife & I went for lunch. Soup was homemade, very filling & was nice & hot on a very cold day. My wife had pizza, & whilst not up to DOC standards it was pretty good for a home made pub pizza View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Central Hotel Bistro:
It is disappointing to pay $42 for a steak and have it be quite fatty and full of gristle. It was beautifully cooked so kudos for that but quality was appalling not at all what I am used to with a porterhouse cut. Just had the most Devine risotto with pork belly and beetroot. I am a bit of a risotto critic and the flavours and balance were perfect. My complements to the head chef who created this recipe and staff who delivered exceptionally!!!!
The food is excellent, very fresh, and the service is quick with friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
My wife and I have the chicken parmigiana at most hotels we go to and we must say the Parma here is up there with the best and possibly be the best
We had an amazing dinner tonight! The batter on the flake was fantastic: thin and crispy crisp! Very satisfied! All around great experience!
