This place is great! Big portions, great food, just a real home cooked meal. Very casual, friendly servers, they help the homeless a lot. Very philanthropic. Priced very reasonable Highly recommend View all feedback.
What Graham B doesn't like about Kalma Family Restaurant:
went for breakfast. Had a rude server and nuts in oatmeal were beyond stale. My husband had standard eyys, bacon and toast. It was o.k. but greasy. We went there because they do quite a bit for the area View all feedback.
I used to go here for the fries and gravy (which are the best) all homemade here. No crumby brown gravy mix. Tonight instead of Mr. Mikes or the Keg with all the hustle and noise. We went back for supper. Fresh turkey out of a gas oven, salisbury steak with fried onions, salad, coconut cream pie to die for. $32. Can't beat it. Service is amazing. She only had a tiny piece of choc cream pie left and gave it to my hubby in the tin plate! This place is as downhome as it gets. Oh yeah, all day breakie. Strong free wifi.
Took 10 mins to be seated, and another 40 mins to receive our breakfast which was greasy and disgusting.
Great breakfast, not many places can do crispy hash browns .these guys do, amazing home made jams, marmalade and service with a smile
