After two years after my last visit, I have reassigned the same passion that guides Maria Pia and all her team to the female as well as an immuted excellence of raw materials, fruit of own production or strictly related to the territory. To try to believe, in addition to the rest of the gastronomic offer, the tagliatelle to the ragù of game, the cut of deer, really cooked in a masterful way and the selection of cheeses on which stand out, in my opinion, mozzarella and ricotta both really beyond the expectations!
