Loetje Laren

I am an American hospitable in the lowlands for three weeks. last Saturday evening my friends brought my brother and I laughed. on the way to the restaurant we drove through the beautiful sea quarters and came in laren, which is one of the more exclusive villages in the lowlands. our reservation was on and when we arrived, each single table was full and there were many patrons also at the bar. loetje is known for its biefstek (steaks) and they come in four sose options (original, garlic, spicy and with chopped leber) and two sizes (regular and xl). I had the xl biefstek ossenhaas, which is the original sauce option. the sauce is like a brown gravy and is quite delicious. my brother had the Knoflook option, which is a garlic (in my opinion this was the best). the meat rarely comes to rare, unless they expressly ask that it be prepared on another wise. my steak was very thick as xl and a part of my steaks was quite rare. we ordered mushrooms (which were delicate and tasty), salat and pommes as our side. the steaks also come with slices of white brot that can be used to mix the gravitation that comes with the steak. to dessert we shared the trio of chocolate. there is also a dessert of the day option. for many tourist, this is probably not a common destination, as it is a little outside the beaten path; but if they are surrounded in the mood for a great steak in a luxurious atmosphere by Dutch natives, this is an excellent option.

We had so delicious brunch, personal was super friendly, highly recommended

The steak was served medium instead of medium rare. Chicken strips were fried too long. Price a bit high for what you get.

Great atmosphere, wonderful choice when eating and beer. the best in laren.
