I was so pleasantly surprised by River Crab. It was difficult to find fine dining in the area so I was skeptical. The food was completely on point (the burrata was beautiful, the steaks perfectly cooked and the shrimp cocktail was perfect). The service was amazing. I made a reservation for 7:30. It was my son's birthday. We also stayed at the River Crab Hotel. We sat at 7:45 am. At 8:05 a.m. nobody had come to our table. Had to ask for water and 8:15 a boy brought us water and said he would send a waitress. 8:30 no waitress got up yet and asked the hostess to send a waitress please. 8:40 no one yet. I like Cajun food. Unfortunately, this was her last weekend before they were closed forever because of the pandemic! Good luck for the owner and the workers there. We hope they will come back to business in the future!
