I came for the first time in 2017. During this first visit, my intention was to discover a place and the work of a high-level chef. I come regularly to the Saint-Gery estate and 7 years later, I am lucky enough to still be very surprised and enthusiastic thanks to the taste pleasure I take in the offering from Maison Duler. We must already recognize this desire on the part of Patrick and Pascale Duler to want to bring the exceptional to life for their guests, this talent, this ability to always create something new, to take the host even further each time in the proposal. A huge thank you for this, it is priceless. A pleasure that never ends, it 's quite rare in life! To set foot in Maison Duler is to experience an initiatory process. As in any initiation, there is always the Call (in reference to Joseph Campbell). The big question that arises is whether the hero will respond to the call, that is to say, agree to enter into the experience, question his ideas, his beliefs, his vision of the world in order to let in the new, the biggest, the broadest, deploying its culture. In short, grow a little more! It 's very disconcerting to have eaten many great French restaurants, to have experienced great moments, to have eaten well, and one day to eat a culinary story , a world which unfolds from the moment when I begin to taste the dish that is offered to me. Furthermore, I had the chance as host to be able to ask additional questions. The entire context is explained during the proposal, because tasting the dishes of Maison Duler is like entering into a story. But this story is not necessarily easy to understand because coming from the classic world of the agri-food industry, I arrive at the Domaine with a formatted mind but also a formatted palate which gradually discovers the truth, the beauty and the delight of simple. It is also a great lesson to see a House that has been part of a global vision for 40 years and always having great humility when it comes to learning what Nature and the living can teach Patrick and Pascale Duler. I saw what Jon Kabat-Zinn calls the beginner 's eye so that you can let yourself be taught and then be able to offer the best to the client. It is an immense opportunity in my eyes to be able to experience this. Thank you Pascale and Patrick for making me so happy with each visit, for what you embody. You are a model, thank you for your humility, your kindness and your open heart.

We spent an exceptional weekend with camille, pascale and patrick. it is difficult to describe this setting and what I felt in this place. the establishment is maintained to perfection, everything is done with taste and in perfect harmony with the nature around it. it is very pleasant to walk in the garden, the vegetable garden, near the lake. Everything is quiet and serene. The experience of the truffle is a sensational discovery! the teamwork between the possing and his dogs is great and their relationship has put you in the eye. hours of work, patience so that patrick can then serve you generous dishes and exceptional quality. You can cross patrick in the truffles by sizing the trees. He'll stop and talk to you. pascale and camille tell the story of the family and the establishment. all these hours, these months, these years devoted to the realization of this setting, its maintenance, its improvement. everything is thought out for respect for nature, its diversity. They produce their wheat, all vegetables and fruits even soap! So let's see you in your room. during breakfast and dinner all dishes are presented with soft pass and their origin has no secret. What merit you have! You're a great family! we will come back c is sure and I hope very soon to discover this nut at another season. jean et emma
