we had chosen the 7-stop menu at sea and we were allowed to guide through the water. the choice of dishes is always light and wise in the spirit of the different dishes and the room. We found Mediterranean but also Japanese and even oceanic flavours this evening which made us pleasantly surprised because it is rarely tried and successful in europe. The cheese cellar is very beautiful. We especially enjoyed a dessert... View all feedback.
What Laurence Courtois doesn't like about Christophe Bacquié:
I think this is in the closest hotel to the circuit Paul Ricard. We really appreciated coming to this tranquility away from the race. Very expensive but well worth it View all feedback.
Perfection of the kitchen in an enchanting setting. of mastery, imagination in the dishes, excellent service ... short than happiness. deserves widely the 3 stars and above several busy establishments.
An exceptional table that deserves to be its two stars michelin!A moment of regalade, a sea menu in 8 services. caviar, crab, tuna, live, wolf, seiches. incredible everything was perfect. a big bravo has the whole team

Good, as much as I have a weak place for this restaurant, whose chef, christophe bacquie, keeps seduced by dishes of a finesse and surprising refinement. This time we opted for the menu "over the seasons" that we all packed (we were 4 at the table). I remain stunned by the work of the sauces and the mixtures of tastes that have embed all the dishes of this menu. a truly unique moment that lets us think that the third star is at hand. An experience not to be missed under any pretext!
We welcome a great quality, very pro and pleasant service, sommeliers of very good advice, good explanations in addition to being sympathetic in a beautiful setting, christophe bacquie and its second fabien ferre have us discover a palette of their talents and exceptional products of the region...A magical aioli, exquisite meats, entrance on the theme of the tomato and dessert on the theme of the apricot to fall
