La Petite Auberge - Le Havre

Me and my boyfriend have been there for his birthday dinner, we ordered one menu at 28€ and one at 34€. Both menus had 4 courses and were very good from the starter to the dessert. My main dish was the highlight - escalope de veau. Very tender meat and excellent side dishes and sauce (loved it!!) In addition I wanna point out the great service. We got very competent and friendly recommendations on wine and food - even in English. In overall: an absolutely lovely and charming place with best service and the most excellent menu I've eaten in a while! Thanks for a great evening!

The food at this quaint establishment is not too be passed by, this is traditional french food at it's best !! the service was great. very little english spoken,but who cares when you find a little gem like this one MERCI !!!!!!

We have eaten here twice on recent visits to Le Havre, and both times we were impressed. The food is excellent and imaginative, using top-quality seasonal and local ingredients. The wine list is also excellent. Prices are sensible, and the service friendly yet professional.Of course we will visit again next time we are in Le Havre.

We came here for a final French lunch before catching the ferry back to Portsmouth, and it was a good way to end our holiday. We chose to have two courses - starter and main - for 17 Euros. All the dishes were good, as were the presentaion and service. We'd go there again.

A very nice little place not far from the beach. We took the menu at 40 Euros per person and we were not disappointed. Very nice service, atmosphere and meal. Lovely presentation and dessert really great.A very good address. You can get cheaper menus during the week and the bonus is they take Cheques vacances.
