Trio Headingley - Leeds

I have frequently found myself downstairs at this establishment during wild nights of heavy drinking, as the atmosphere allows for carefree dancing until the early morning hours.

We adore the ambience of this restaurant, it has a chic retro vibe that we really appreciate! It's hard to pinpoint exactly what we love about it. The restaurant is very clean and they have an exceptional menu.

I had lunch here on Sunday and was pleasantly surprised by the food. The vegetables were delicious, and the Yorkshire puddings were massive. I'd definitely come back again!

I was unfortunately disappointed with my experience at the restaurant. Initially, I was pleased to have reserved a table in the trios section. However, on the day of our reservation, I received a phone call from the restaurant saying they were fully booked and offered us a table in the pit instead, assuring us we could still enjoy the trios menu. When we arrived at the pit, we had a hard time finding our table, which was located right next to the loudspeakers and a beer pong table. I had to go up to the bar and shout over the noise to request two menus, which seemed to take the staff by surprise. While the food was fine and the waiter was pleasant, my daughter found the atmosphere disappointing and unwelcoming. We also wanted to order a drink, but the cocktail bar was closed for a private party. Overall, I left feeling unimpressed.

I have passed by many times over the years.
