Boston Pizza - Lethbridge

When we arrived, the restaurant was very loud, and the bar was much worse. Because it is a sports bar that was to be expected. Friends had burgers and they were delicious. We had lasagna and normally the lasagna is very hot, for baked lasagna... it wasn't.

We took my grand son here for his birthday. This is the newest Boston Pizza in Lethbridge and is on the West side which is nice not have to drive so far. There was 7 of us and we all order something different. All the food was good but they came out at different times which was good so at least it was hot. The server seemed a little nervous almost like this was first night which might have been as this BP only open a few months ago. All in all it was a good experience in a new building closer to home

Boston Pizza is by far the best place to take children for a sit down meal. They have a great kids' menu, with many options at a reasonable price! Servers treat the children very well. Lots of great options for the whole family.

I was excited to see Boston Pizza moving in on the westside close since it is close to home. I have tried this restaurant twice and the food was good but the service could be improved. The first time the server was inexperienced and led us to believe the fishbowls were only $9.99 but apparently it depends on the drink choice. We paid more for the drinks than our meal. I chalked this up to the inexperienced server, so I let it slid. The second time I went it was during the noon hour and I asked about the $10.00 meals. When we ordered I asked the quesadilla and she asked it I wanted the chicken which I though was the $10 meal deal, which she ordered. When the meal came I was surprised to see it was so big for a lunch special. When the bill came it was the dinner price not the lunch. I questioned this but she did explain that the Santa Fe was the lunch special not the chicken, sorry I didn't know there was two kinds of quesadillas. So once again we spent more than anticipated. Twice stung, I am not sure I will be back.

We go to the lounge weekly and it seems that the staff although very nice, for the most part is really hit and miss service. We are there often in the lounge and feel that after 8months or so it is time to write a review. Food has always been good but Service is almost always lacking in either taking and getting your orders in, getting the bill right, getting another drink, or paying for your food when you are ready to leave. I give it average cause the food is fairly quick and good quality.
