What Issac Fadel doesn't like about Jamison's Restaurant @ Fairmont Resort Blue Mountains:
My family was the first to be seated for a 5pm reservation and we had a lovely table near the window and fireplace with gorgeous views. Even though we were the first to order, our food took a long time to come out and my prawn linguine was flavorless. Considering the high prices we expected a lot more. View all feedback.
The restaurant has just recently opened again, tables were well spaced, the menu was limited, but had a great choice to choose, the staff was excellent, very attentive, the eating was excellent, could not ask for a better meal, worth money, we had a...love night
During our visit to the blue mountains we have sunk at some places in the city, but this was exceptional and amazing. every dish was beautiful and the service was prompt. we enjoyed our evening and will be back for more.
The food here was divine, we had 4 courses and lovely wine, the staff the best i have come across in a restaurant
Last night had dinner in this great restaurant to celebrate my birthday whilst staying at the Fairmont Resort and the food and service were excellent. There were only 2 menu choices the degustation or 4 courses. As had a late lunch opted for the 4...course menu which comprised of 2 entrees, 1 main and 1 desert which also included a cheese plate. The food was excellent with amazing flavours as was the presentation. Service and ambience with piped music in the backround also excellent. Could not fault. The added bonus was not having to catch a taxi home just a 3 min walk to ones room. Highly recommended for a fine dining experiebce.
We had an exceptional meal at Eucalypt. Each dish was a masterpiece. The staff were wonderful attentive but in exactly the right way. The atmosphere is lovely however the outlook is drab. The scallops were a standout as was the coral trout. Three of...our party had the beef and they all loved it. The desserts were scrumptious and the cheese platter delicious and generous. Wonderful wine list. Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again soon.
