We had the high tea with a party of 28. Everyone enjoyed it. The food was yum, especially the scones. The staff were friendly and helpful. The view was beautiful. My family was the first to be seated for a 5pm reservation and we had a lovely table near the window and fireplace with gorgeous views. Even though we were the first to order, our food took a long time to come out and my prawn linguine was flavorless. Considering the high prices we expected a lot more. View all feedback.

Went here last week. Place was extremely over priced. Dinner buffet was really disgusting, food was so stale and gross. But staff were very kind. Wouldn't eat here again. Didn't try the breakfast but rumours are it is alot better.
Dinner buffet way overpriced for average only food, however seafood section desserts decent. Much better dinner options short drive away in Katoomba Leura. Breakfast is the standard buffet fare, your choice of full English, continental, cereal etc. was much better (included in our room booking). Kudos for a human barista making real coffee too
