Contribute FeedbackThe overall consensus for Jinbeh is mixed. Some customers have had negative experiences, such as long wait times, rude staff, and feeling ignored. Others enjoyed their meals, citing good food, fun chefs, and nice servers. The dining experience seems to vary depending on the day and server. The food received mixed reviews, with some finding it excellent while others were unimpressed. Jinbeh offers a wide variety of dishes, with the hibachi meals being recommended. Despite some complaints, Jinbeh appears to have its loyal customers who appreciate the unique dining experience it offers.
My food was excellent. I had steak and shrimp. I still gave 5 stars but there was no show. If you had a good or great show , more people would come. To me, it is all about the presentation. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
I use to love going to Jin Beh , we would go to see the cooks and eat. We paid 151.00 plus tip for our Meal. As a business person myself I believe that if you do a bad service then you replace it. Anyway we went there and we were sitting by ourselves when a Family came in, we were not asked if we would have liked to move or possibly sit the Family at their own Table as they had a toddler with them. So we got no show or anything and yes I was a bit mad. Just took my food and left. I always order the same thing and add to it. I mentioned something on our way out and as far as I am concerned? The whole meal should have been comped! So I call today and talk to the Assistant Manager and all he says is that I’m sorry that happened to you and we will have a meeting about server and cooks. Not once did they offer to replace anything. So will we go back again? No I think we will find another place. I fell in love with Japanese Food from my Aunt Sachico. But it isn’t just that, People if you bring in a toddler at least have the decency to ask people if they mind. Restaurant Owners a way to save your Customers offer them a comp for the same amount. Or the same Dinner!
