This restaurant does not adhere to any COVID-19 safety regulations, as customers are allowed to move around without wearing masks and staff are seen wearing masks improperly. There is a lack of hand sanitizer available and the toilets are dirty. The service is slow due to a shortage of staff. A customer's dogs were running freely inside, indicating a lack of control. It is best to avoid dining at this establishment.

I don't even know where to begin with this review! We were seated and then had to wait in a nearly empty pub for service. Finally, our drink order was taken, but the wine arrived in a glass with lipstick on it and there was no offer of a refund. The food we ordered was a disappointment – the chips were cold and overall the food was also cold. I would have preferred a Rustlers pound burger. It seemed like the staff treated the place more like a social meeting spot than a restaurant. It was disheartening to see the person serving our food biting their nails. We regret not going to Wetherspoons, which would have been infinitely better. That's how bad our experience was.

The whole experience was awful. We went in as a family of 5- 4 adults and a baby. The restaurant looked cosy and spacious so we decided to dine there. From the beginning to the end the service was very poor. Firstly we had ordered starters and my starter came out wrong to which the waitress called me a liar and said u didnt ask for no jalepenos? I defintiely did as I dont like them and ended up picking them off. She just gave me a dirty look and the other starter the chicken strips came with no bbq sauc but we didnt many anything. We weren 't offered any cutlery,sauces and napkins. Our 3 mains came out and were dumped on the table and we were told by the waitress 'I dont know what is what 'and just left us to it. We were missing 1 meal and was told it would be out and was cooking. After 3 of us had finished our meal I went to the bar to ask where the 4th meal was to be told ' I said i would bring it over when it was done 'the meal had been forgotten about and was cooking, the waitress was very rude and never once cracked a smile. Talk about service with a smile: The last half an hour of our experience, we were greeted by a pedigree chum- we had a dog under our table, walking around our feet and staring at us for food. The dog also smelt. It was then laughable by this point. I asked to speak to a manager and she eventually came over and after explaining the experience gave us 25% off our bill. Unforgettable experience for all the wrong reasons,such basic things turned into a disaster. Avoid!!

Rude staff. Poor customer service. Incorrect orders brought to the table Forgot to bring out one of our meals Dogs running round the table while we were trying to eat. Weren't offered any sauces or cutlery. This place is a shambles. Avoid at all costs. McDonald's round the corner or Weatherspoons next door will provide a much better experience and value for your money. Will never go back here.

I dont often write negative reviews because i believe staff try there best to please under sometimes difficult circumstances .we walked in and sat down .no track and trace evident and placed out food order . we were told there would be a slight delay due to there being a new cook couldnt call them a chef . after 50 minutes in a half empty pub where nobody else seemed to be eating i enquired about our order and it turned up 5 minutes later . my chips were undercooked and oily and the sides were cold . my wifes chicken was cold and hard .. my son left most of his meal as did his wife . No one came to ask if the meals were ok , i assume because they were to embarrassed to .plus the one waitress /barperson seemed preoccupied taking photos of dogs .. not worthy of visiting again sadly
