Good food, but bad service.the foods are left empty on the meaty counter. and the employees are in no hurry to refill or replace them....if they throw up the problem. there are 10 minutes waiting for them to take it out. not the first time that this happened either

The staff was courteous and attentive, enjoyed our food and drinks. would definitely recommend a friend and will return soon

Today we visited tc shenstone (lichfield). the food and the service were first class. everything was fresh. sonia was so inviting.

Eating was okay, but when we came to pay the bill, we had difficulty with the offer we were sent that felt a little frustrated. After we invited an email this day from toby carvery to eat with the...Kids eat for just £1, we decided to go last minute. when we wanted to use the voucher, the waitress couldn't get the QR code to work, so we were told to find the manager. this was in itself disappointing, as the manager in the rule does not come around the other way and wisely. After we found the manager and waited for it to have several guests, we explained the situation. she said the deal only included the children. I have shown her the e-mail that has clearly indicated a maid or a main meal from the child menu for £1. She told us to take this with the office. I was tied to her answer?! when I said that I was not willing to pay the full price, she went to the time and suddenly managed to sort it on the road. I know it was solved at the end, but it has ruined our experience, and as a result I doubt that we will eat there again.
