Smells really nice when you walk past but the chicken does not taste very nice It is quite dry and the outside is very burnt.

The chicken, the main reason for existence, is very good. Moist, tasty and well balanced. About everything else is an oil fest. Saturated and relatively tasteless. Cash only, really take away with a couple of tiny tables and chairs. If they dropped the gourmet title it'd be an honest three stars.

This place has been around forever it does have nice food! The problem is it is very EXPENSIVE for what you get! At the end of the day its BBQ chicken! After my last experince i will not be back due to the $$$$$.

Dont be put off by the store,its pretty ordinary but the roast chicken....the best i have eaten 50 years in sydney. i thought it might have been a once off experience but after three times this is a consistently great chicken. my humble advice...stay away, we are keeping this great shop to ourselves!
