Went there for a morning coffee. The coffee was ok, multi grain croissant was pretty light and good for breakfast. Worked two hours on my laptop there, was quite mellow and relaxing experience. Not too crowded before 10:30am. The staff are energetic, welcoming and chatty. Overall, enjoyed my morning there. View all feedback.

Unfortunately, the staff at this location is particularly rude and unfriendly, painfully slow, and they seem completely uninterested in keeping even the minimum standards of cleanliness in the shop. The condiments (sugar, cream etc. table is a complete mess, with broken, dirty jars and carafes. To round it all up, the food looks old and lifeless. So much for the Italian style!? Café nero (caligula) has the most luxuriant aromen and atmosphere. and they play frank sinatra and ella fitzgerald on the soundsystem.
I had missed this cafe. Bought Vanilla latte. It was just perfect. Strong coffee. Would definitely recommend to a friend. No doubt this place is too crowded.
Unlike the house that the 'Mermaid ' built, this regional chain has big tastes, and hints of that well-worn cafe on some college campus. With ample space to greet friends or have short meeting with colleagues, Nero has a great cup of Joe, cold or hot, and the standard forms of blended or espresso filled. Although out of a couple of the sandwiches I asked about, the snacks and quiche I chose were de-lish! There was a warm vibe throughout between customers, and the barista working was very professional.
Location is great! Nice coffee and baked goods. But Barista is definitely lazy and does not want to work. Her attitude and body posture definitely showed rudness and unprofessionalism.
Delicious, rich coffee with an amazing vibe! Could spend a whole day here
