What User dislikes about Yung's Chinese & Thai Restaurant:
Went here today because only place that wasn't booked out because of Mother's Day. I understand why. "Long soup" was some boiled water with some pepper and noodles, no flavour at all!Chicken was slimy, see through and stringy.. didn't taste at all like chicken. Yuck. On the other hand, fried rice was good, Waitress did a good job, could have smiled a little more though. View all feedback.
We recently attended a birthday party at this restaurant and were extremely satisfied. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. The service was fast and attentive, and the interior was pleasant. The restaurant wasn't overcrowded and offered a variety of fresh vegetables, meat, wings, and seafood. This is now our go-to spot for Asian cuisine.
The food here is excellent! It surpasses any local Chinese restaurant in the area, even those near me in Rose Bay, Sydney. I will definitely be coming back to Lismore this weekend, and this restaurant is top of my list. The king prawn omelette was delicious! The staff were also friendly and helpful.
We highly recommend this fantastic Chinese restaurant in Lismore. We have been enjoying our meals here for many years, and continue to be impressed by the variety of dishes, the friendly service, and the reasonable prices.
The chef was very understanding and helpful as the dame the order. very attentive to what could be eaten and not. the lamb was really excellent. it is rare to get so tender lamb.
Just loved the food, the decor, the girls at the front counter. An established Lismore Icon well it is for me. Handy location next to the Quad for meal in the Room with No Roof. Chinese Fortune Cookies always cheer me up, too.
