Twelve of us visited this restaurant after making a reservation two days prior. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the service we received. While the food was above average, the service was among the worst any of us had experienced. We felt neglected by the staff, who started clearing away buffet items while we were still eating. Great food, prices and terraces! Yes, they have 2 options!
The Strawberry Rocks margaritas and chicken Fajitas are absolutely harmful!
Eating was great, although the chips did not seem as fresh as others I had. loved the fish taco and coconut fish! hard to compare noise level with normal, as there is much space between tables.
The service by Travis was excellent. We were there celebrating my daughter's 21st birthday and it turned out to be a very enjoyable evening. My thanks to the Rio staff.
Rio continues to provide outstanding customer service, super friendly servers (prefer to call them friends as we know almost all of them! , food, and drinks. Thank you for managing to keep the restaurant open and safe.
