What BruceH doesn't like about Uncle Yu's at the Vineyard:
We were happy to be seated inside when cool weather made our outdoor reservation less desirable. Service was good with just a bit of a delay between cocktails being delivered and placing our order. Dim sum came quickly however and was quite delicious. Our main orders of shrimp with honey glazed walnuts and the Lotus Chicken were equally delicious. Two dishes were particularly excellent. salt pfeffer lobster and chef's speciality crispy pawns. other dishes were also up to uncle yus normal high standards. a great meal!
Celebrate a friend of 75th birthday and he enjoyed eating and weeping. uncle Yu’s in livermore can’t miss!
Really yummy dinner and delicious cocktails! Service was outstanding. Can be noisy with large groups nearby but not overpowering. Special treat as it is pricey, but so worth it.
Excellent Chinese food. Service was perfect. Will go again!
We were going for the lunch special that is noted in the menu. However, they did not offer it. The potstickers were wonderful . The triple crown was cooked perfectly minus a bit oily.
