Pagoda House Restaurant - Lockport

Been here a few times and I have always had a great experience. The food has consistently been good with prompt service ????????

The food was great and reasonably priced. My son is a picky eater and got the cheeseburger and it was huge. He loved it. Very pretty atmosphere and we did not have to wait long for our food to come. Will be my Go- To spot from now on.

I thought this place was solid! I ordered the veggie Lo Mein and my husband had the Shimp Egg Foo Young. The food was tasty, served quick and the owner was friendly. Egg rolls tasted homemade and the fried rice was not really greasy.My only complaintwould be that the food was so hot and put right into the styrofoam container that it warped it which kind of grosses me out.But, I didn't really notice that until I had gobbled the whole dish down : I did not dine in but the place looked likesomewhere that I would like to go have dinner. Next time!

While the food is pretty good the website is false. I called to order delivery tonight and was told they do not have deliver. That I needed to use GrubHub. Which we all know means it's going to cost more. Even more than a delivery charge from arestaurant. Plus, they don't include fortune cookies in a take out order.

The owner was so unbelievably rude tonight. I called to say that they forgot to put my rice in the bag. He said, ?Oh, I?ll need to yell at my guy. Do you want to come back for it?? I said ?I guess so. I don?t have anything to put my chicken on.? Hung up. Ithen looked at my pot stickers and called back and said that they looked different than how they usually come. He had medescribe?They were deep fried. They typically come pan fried. I said ?Can you please just fix that, so when I come back for myrice you have the pot stickers correctly made?? Big sigh. He says Yes, but no sorry. I get there. The OWNER comes out. Beforehe hands me my rice and my new pan fried pot stickers says, ?Well?did you bring back the other pot stickers? (No?!! Hecontinued, ?I would have liked to throw them out here?. Not even caring whatsoever that they forgot my rice AND made my potstickers wrong, AND that I had to drive back 15 min while my entire dinner is sitting on my kitchen table cold. And then backhome again. Apparently, he didn?t want me to have $7 of his food in my own garbage. (I asked him who the owner was and he said, ?I am?, because I I was almost positive that that was NOT the owner making this huge scene. But it was!? Never, never, neveragain.
