I love Japanese cuisine, so Zuma is a top choice for me. My first experience at Zuma was in Bangkok, Thailand, located in the St. Regis hotel. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. The staff were very professional, just as they are in their flagship atrium location.
We had fantastic service from the GM Sandro and his team at Zuma! My partner and I enjoyed a wonderful dinner after coming out of quarantine for the summer in Europe. Sandro and his colleagues warmly greeted us upon arrival and we had a great view overlooking the kitchen through the windows, where all our fresh dishes were brought to our table. We particularly enjoyed the cod, steak, and sushi, along with some excellent drinks. After dinner, we went upstairs to enjoy the DJ set during the night brunch and tried some amazing cocktails from their bar. I highly recommend visiting Zuma on a Saturday evening for a great meal, warm service, and party vibes!
Zuma is a reliable choice for a great evening out. Situated right next to the main railway station, this hotel is always our go-to spot. With a diverse selection of drinks and delicious Japanese cuisine, Zuma never fails to disappoint. We have returned multiple times and have always been impressed.
Amazing spot! Absolutely loved our Ruinart champagne brunch here. Restaurant decor was stunning, and particularly loved watching the open kitchen when seated at the bar counter. Food was spectacular and service was some of the best we’ve had in Hong Kong. Staff were super accomodating to dietary requirements and happy to make adjustments to the set menu as required. We were super impressed and will definitely be back!
