Some dishes fell short, such as the NaanDog and veggie burger. However, there are positive notes, like the decent poutine and friendly service. The restaurant seems to be facing challenges during the pandemic, as evidenced by service delays. Despite some hits and misses, the restaurant offers vegan options, tasty cocktails, and an enjoyable atmosphere, making it a decent spot for a casual meal with friends or family.
There are several vegan options! I recommend their burger shiitake and their poutines! The tao poutine is generous and original! their burger is delicious but you must ask without mayo. food is certainly better in the room than in delivery! the portions are generous for the price paid! I recommend
Fresh atmosphere, some vegan options. but the staff is not always aware of what vegan means. more vegan options are more expensive than vegetarian or omnipotent options. adjust prices and I'll give you 4 stars.
One of the best vegan poutines I ate! large atmosphere and great cocktails
One of my favorite places. they have an excellent choice of vegan options and one of the very rare restaurants that offer vegan poutine.
Unfortunately, the restaurant is currently experiencing the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite every table being reserved on a Sunday night and a large group in the back, as well as a busy street terrace, there was only one waitress on duty. While she was friendly, the wait for service was much longer than expected. The food itself was also disappointing, with three out of four members of my family receiving overcooked fish and chips that were mushy. My salmon tartar was not actually tartar, as the salmon was cooked and had a strong seasoning taste. The fries were also small bits, with nothing larger than an inch in size. Overall, we were unimpressed with our meals, especially considering the high price point. It seems that all the restaurants on St. Charles Street are currently experiencing a decline in quality, which cannot be masked by any amount of safety measures in the long run.
