Serves mostly Italian cuisine which is very good. They have an area where you can make your own toast with a large variety of butters. My grandchildren love the place just because of the toast alone. Reservations can be made and the last time I was there we reserved for 70 people for lunch and were served in very good time. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Pacini:
We have been in serveral other Pacini, but I have to give this one a lower rate. The pasta was over cooked and our server was not on her game. She was not the most gracious person in the restaurant business. View all feedback.

First and foremost, did you know that you can go there for breakfast? And good breakfast, at that. We've never been there for lunch but we have been several times for supper. The garlic bread station is really fun. My kids love making their own garlic bread there. Before starting with the food, I need to stress how great the service is there. We are always greeted with smiles, attended to with class, and are never disappointed. The last time we went the waitress suggested a wine that we absolutely loved. They will ask if you prefer sparkling or flat bottled water; both are on the house. The minestrone soup is quite tasty. as is the house salad. The menu is diverse and the plates are well-presented. My daughter favors the Pasta Trio. It amazed me how she can almost finish that plate! You really can't order a bad meal. It's as though the chef just arrived from Italy and perfected each dish. The desserts are mouth-watering. It's a tad on the pricey side, but I would rather pay a bit more for a great dinner as opposed to less for a mediocre experience.
I would like to highlight the exceptional service provided by our waitress, Audrey. She was dynamic and incredibly thoughtful, enhancing our overall dining experience.
While the food was acceptable, the service was lacking at this restaurant. The bread bar, with its variety of spreads, was a highlight, as was the risotto. However, the other dishes we sampled were only average. Considering the high prices at this hotel, it did not feel like good value for money.
The staff at this restaurant is very professional and kind, but please do not refer to it as Italian. I had the worst carbonara of my life here for $21. As an Italian (immigrant), I know what I am talking about. There was no real pancetta or pecorino in my pasta. I was shocked by the lack of real bread and the presence of plastic grated cheese on my dish. For $21, I expect real Parmigiano Reggiano or Pecorino. The lasagna resembled fast food and the spaghetti alla bolognese was overcooked. The pizza was below average. The food was overpriced and of poor quality, far from authentic Italian cuisine.
