Very close to the Phra Sam Yod temple (where the monkeys rest), on the other side of the street, we found a place that didn't seem too fancy and where we decided to at least have a drink. It has a baking area and then several tables where you can eat. When we saw the menu, we decided to stay here, as we were surprised that they had a wide variety of dishes, especially international food, although there was also an oriental food section. In this case, we were able to try both, specifically we ordered Vietnamese rolls and Thai salad, then each ordered a mixed dish of all kinds. The truth is that apart from oriental food, these people also know how to cook a fried egg or any type of meat or fish. The seafood pasta with shrimp, crab, clams and more seafood products made it special. We ate very well and the desserts were also very good. In case I haven't commented on it, the fruit in Thailand is very good and it is common for the menu to offer a variety of fruit desserts accompanied, if you want, with ice cream. Trust me, it's a good option to replenish energy and hydrate, as on routes like this it is absolutely essential not to lose liquids due to the intense heat. As you can see, the name of the restaurant is completely indecipherable to me but well, that's what it looks like on the poster with a small detail, and that is that in their language the b and g were placed on the sondas. The good thing is that it is very close to this area where there are things to see and it is also close to the local bus stop if you want to go to the station. I recommend it if you come. Greetings.
The restaurant had a pastry area and several tables where you could sit down and eat. We were pleasantly surprised by the diverse menu, which included a variety of international dishes as well as Oriental cuisine. We ended up trying Vietnamese rolls, Thai salad, and various other dishes. The seafood pasta with shrimps, squid, and clams was particularly tasty. The food was delicious and the desserts were also enjoyable. In Thailand, the fruit is always fresh and it's common to see fruit-based desserts on the menu, sometimes served with ice cream. This restaurant was a great option for refueling and staying hydrated during our travels in the intense heat. Although the name of the restaurant was difficult to decipher, it was conveniently located near tourist attractions and the local bus stop. I would recommend stopping by if you're in the area. Greetings to all!
Located in the city of Lopburi, known as the city of monkeys, this restaurant is a great spot for budget travelers looking for delicious food. Like many cities in Thailand, there are busy streets at night filled with lights, stalls, and scooters. While most people opt for takeout, there are also plastic chairs available for a more comfortable dining experience. The most popular dish here is Pad Thai, but you can also find stalls offering rice with fish, shrimp, or squid, fried chicken, and even sweet treats like crepes with jam or banana slices. This restaurant is located near the train station, and I personally recommend trying the fried rice with fish if you can communicate your order effectively!
