What User dislikes about Pho Square Vietnamese Boba Tea:
The restaurant is conveniently located near the interstate. It operates on a self-service basis where you place your order first. The atmosphere was not too crowded. The spring rolls were tasty and the fried rice was just okay, not like the traditional roasted rice. The pho was simple, salty, and not to my taste. The portion size was small. View all feedback.
I usually don't leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important for others to know about my experience. I recently ordered the lemongrass chicken from this restaurant, and they claimed it was made with chicken thigh. However, I have never tasted "chicken" like that before. It was gooey and gummy, with a strange texture and off-putting taste. I even had my mom try it, and she agreed that it did not taste like chicken at all. The service was good, but unfortunately, the food was simply terrible.
The restaurant not only serves amazing food but also offers a wide variety of boba flavors and exceptional service. The place is clean and efficient, making it our favorite spot for pho and boba.
This is my favorite restaurant. They serve the best chicken Pho I've ever had. The vermicelli is fantastic and the spring rolls are delicious. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. David provides excellent customer service. My only suggestion would be to remove the signs listing what they can or cannot do, as it can feel a bit off-putting.
To start with, this place is so disgusting, when you to the restaurant, you go to the cashier and they provide you with a menu, they ask you to go and sit and they assign you a table, then they ask you to go back to the cashier and pay for whatever you are eating and they also ask you to pay, You go back to your table and they take your food to you, if you need anything, spoon fork or even vegetables, you have to get up and get them from an area next to the cashier, When you finish eating, they ask you to pick up your dishes. And put the away for them. Besides all of these, it's so pricey. Will never go back to this place.
First time eating in. By far best eat in Vietnamese restaurant in town. Was welcomed by the gentlemen behind counter. Language barrier is broken with the menu set up. The place is so clean and nice .The food didn't take long to arrive and it tasted fresh ,flavorful and it looked good too, picture worthy. I would eat here again.
