It comes with Onions, Mushrooms, Green Peppers, Wieners, Salami, Pepperoni, Hamburger, Bacon and Cheese but our waitress let us sub the wieners and green peppers for extra cheese and pineapple. The waitress was touching her face her ear then people's food, I am not sure but that seems like a health code violation.
