What User doesn't like about Mi Patron:
The staff was lovely, which is always a positive, but the food was awful. There was no seasoning at all. My family loves salsa and usually gets 3-4 refills, but this time we couldn't even finish the first serving. The chips and salsa are the main reason we go to Mexican restaurants, but this salsa was just watery tomato sauce. It was extremely salty and inedible. The food is fantastic and the atmosphere is lovely. The staff is friendly and the prices are reasonable. There is plenty of parking available for everyone in the group.
We waited for one and a half hours to receive our two orders of cheesy rice, three tacos, and a burrito. It took 35 minutes for our drink orders to be taken. There were several customers who were also waiting a long time for their orders.
The food was decent but not remarkable, and it was lukewarm when it arrived at the table. Wasn't impressed.
The lunch Fajita consisted of a very small portion of chicken breast, with two sides lacking flavor. The chicken was overcooked and tasteless. The guacamole dip was simply mashed avocado with a hint of lime juice. My date also did not enjoy her meal. Additionally, the service was lacking.
