Despite some negative experiences, such as incorrect meals and allergic reactions, it is noted that the food is pretty good with a great selection of drinks. The environment can get noisy due to the busy nature of the restaurant. The service is praised in several reviews, with particular mention of accommodating staff. Prices are seen as a bit high, but overall, the experience was positive. There is also a mix of experiences in terms of drinks, with some finding them tasty but lightly loaded, while others appreciated the cocktails. A gluten-free pizza is highlighted as a standout dish. Overall, the restaurant received mixed feedback, with some customers thoroughly enjoying their visit and recommending it to others.
I would give this Rock a solid 4 stars! I've been to multiple Rock locations before and this place has been decent! Service can be on the slower end
Visiting the area and decided to stop in for dinnerAlex, our waiter, was great I ordered a bucket of Long Island ice tea.
Luckily, I wasn't planning to eat the crust anyway. It was burnt. Service is very mediocre. Oh well, gave it a try.
I was called by Tom George to let me know that they were not going to be serving brunch during the summer months, only dinner. The hostess was very nice and asked me to reschedule for dinner which I did. The hostess also offered my party a round of drinks for the inconvenience. So I arrived at the restaurant at 6 pm on Sunday as I scheduled to celebrate Father's Day with my family and the restaurant was closed. We were very surprised and disappointed. The restaurant did not call the next day and I decided I will not try to eat there again. So on Sunday I went to LA Chapter at the Ace Hotel where we had a lovely dinner which I knew I would because I have been there before.I do not know whose responsibility it is on Open Table to be sure the information about a restaurant is up to date and accurate, but nothing like this has ever happened to me at any restaurant before.
Very good food and creative cocktails in an interesting space. A particular standout for us was extraordinarily good gluten-free pizza. Really good crust that was actually bread-like, crisped on the edges, and not soggy or flat in the middle. Bravo!
