This was the second time I have eaten here. It is one of the best and most classic bouchons in the city. The atmosphere and service were warm and delightful. Possible the worst restaurant in Lyon. I was looking forward to eating at this bouchon as it was highly recommended by several people and outlets. We ordered the tablier de sapeur (fried tripe) and the sausage with pistachio. The fried tripe was supposed to be crispy as it is deep fried, but it came saggy like it was frozen and then microwaved.
