My wife and I tried this place for the first time today. Wow!! This is delicious Dominican food. You must try the Plantain Chicken Sandwich, unbelievably good! The owners are super nice!!! Service is exceptional as well. 100% be a regular here.Please Huntsville/Madison, let's patronize this place. We are so lacking in cultural foods in this area. We've already lost Cuban Cafe, we can't afford to lose another. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Punta Cana Caribbean:
Unsatisfied customer. I keep giving this place a chance. 4th time ordering food and I never get my order how I ordered it despite speaking the same language. I've ordered 3 pieces of Pollo guisado just to get home to be disappointed with only 2. They forget to add the extra piece but don't forget to charge it. The food is good but pricey. I won't be back again, highly disappointed. View all feedback.
I recently tried the takeout option at this restaurant for lunch and it was fantastic. The price per person was between $10-20, which was very reasonable. The food was top-notch, earning a 5-star rating. The service was also excellent, as was the atmosphere of the restaurant. I highly recommend trying it out.
Food isn't fresh. Food was over priced and I was the first customer and the food took forever . Very small portion. Will not be back
If you're looking for authentic Dominican flavors, this is the place to go. I have lived in the Dominican Republic and this food is prepared perfectly! The pork is tender and flavorful, the plantains are cooked perfectly, and the pigeon peas are delicious. They have a great seasoning and the authentic taste of the Dominican Republic. The rice and beans, fried plantains, and stewed pork were all fantastic!
Amazing and great staff! The staff allow you to sample items and it really allows you to choose your meal!
For authentic Caribbean food you cannot bet it! You have to at least try it, you will love it as I do. Service: Take out
