A pretty good German restaurant! We ordered pork and Bavarian plate both were not on the menu but in the list of today's special. The pig dog was great with the fried onion upstairs. The Bavarian plate was also delicious with chicken cordbleu, sausage and brisket. For the pages, we could order 4 pages, so we ordered creamy corn, green beans, glazed carrots and zucchini. The service was excellent. The food portions were ridiculously large. The food was nice, but too Americanized...didn't have the depth of flavor I was accustomed...

"I wanted to add to my review from a more recent visit in which we both had the filet mignon and absolutely loved it. I haven't had many filets, so I'm not speaking as an expert on preparation, but as someone who loves beef, the flavor was amazing. I think it might have just been rubbed with salt and pepper, maybe something else too, or maybe it was marinated, but we both asked for medium rare and the doneness was perfect. The place was also very lively on a Friday night, which we enjoyed, and I had a new cocktail, the Smoky Highland, which was quite interesting and sweet (true to the rest of the cocktail menu). For our starter we shared the charcuterie board (Sorry, no picture), which was full of pleasant surprises and we ate it all up."
