the first time I tried the blown tea and not really sure I'll drink again. I didn't know what to order, so I followed the recomendation of the nice employees. can not say that I liked it at all, but I would say it is just a question of personal taste. Anyway, the young lady who took our orders was really helpful and made them best to explain all the options for vegans. View all feedback.
In LOVE w this place. The staff were super friendly and knew exactly which options were vegan. Pretty much everything can be made vegan apart from the caramel and thai tea bubble teas and the pudding. They also offer a variety of milk options and the drinks can be ordered in varying levels of sweetness. I was able to get the green buddha at 50% sugar and it was perfect! Usually drinks will end up sickly sweet no matter which level you order. My gf got the taro milkshake with tapioca and it was so refreshing in the hot weather. I was jealous of her choice and highly recommend trying the milkshake if you want something sweet and super cold. We also got the dango which we ordered to be vegan with the azuki. It was a nice little treat that made us miss being in Asia!

Mucha variedad de sabores y bebidas, aunque las opciones con té como tal son las menos abundantes
Tiene tienen buena música, vale mucha el precio aunque haya ido subiendo mucho con los años, (la inflación, no es su culpa), tienen merch muy cuki, el personal es súper amable y el ambiente es muy respetuoso con todos. Y los bubble teas son espectaculares
Todo muy rico, cuando estemos de vuelta por Madrid nos pediremos más. Update. Después de varios meses de haber probado los bubble tea de ZenZoo por primera vez, hemos vuelto y no nos ha decepcionado…. por segunda vez hemos quedado satisfecho con el producto y con el servicio. 100% recomendable.
